Nothing should be more important for a Government of the people, by the people, for the people than the pain of its citizens. It must act without any prejudice and blame game.
No matter what the policy is, if masses are suffering, elected representatives must act and resolve before slipping on to the next day until people friendly policies are drafted.
The government must constitute an fully empowered ICU for its citizens where citizens are the top most priority and nothing else should come in between its citizens and their pain.
